A roof on a new build is a scheduling problem as much as a roofing problem. Get dried in late and every trade behind you slips. Jay's Roofing has been the roofing trade partner for builders across the Swannanoa Valley, Black Mountain and Asheville for over 30 years, and we are members of the local Home Builders Association.

We show up when we said we would, we dry the structure in promptly, and we do not leave a site full of nails and shingle wrappers for someone else to deal with. On custom work we are comfortable with the complicated details — copper flashing, standing seam accents over bays and dormers, cut-up roof lines with a lot of hips and valleys.

Material selection

We install the full CertainTeed line as a ShingleMaster company, plus Tuff-Rib, 5V and mechanically fastened standing seam metal, cedar and synthetic shake. If your client is undecided, we are happy to sit in on that conversation and give them a straight comparison of cost and service life.
